ENTRY FORM

To secure a place at the venue of your choice send a team entry fee of £220, payable to Wooden Spoon, together with your name and full contact details, the name of your club and your choice of qualifying venue to: RCGC, 12 Station Road, St. Ives, Cambs PE27 5BH, to arrive no later than 30 days prior to the date of the qualifier you wish to play in.

Or you may reserve a place by calling calling 01480 497744, by e-mailing louise.ward @ stradbrooke.co.uk, or by completing this online entry form, which will also create a completed entry form for you.

To complete the form, select your rugby club from the dropdown list. If you cannot find your club, enter the name in the box provided. Next select your first and second choice venues from those available, and the number of teams you wish to enter. Then click the OK button.

COST OF ENTRY

There is a one-off, non-refundable entry fee of £220 per team. At each of the qualifiers this fee covers coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, the 18 hole green fee, and a hot buffet style meal. At the Regional Finals the cost per team is also £220. Fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to each event. The National Final is free of charge for all competitors.
